Fishing has many enthusiasts in South Dakota. From the trout found in the Black Hills to the many walleye in the four Missouri Reservoirs along with many other prairie waters, one can find a fishing adventure in the Great Faces & Great Places state.
All watercraft over twelve feet long and power boats of any length (including electric trolling motors) must be registered with the South Dakota Department of Game, Fish, and Parks.
